A trustworthy sheet should show its work

How to Review an Agent Spreadsheet Before You Trust It

The same review works whether a sheet carries the name Mulebuy, CNFans, Superbuy, Oopbuy, or another service. The name is only a label; the value comes from the information inside and whether its links still work.

01

Start with the source

Find out who maintains the sheet

Look for a clear publisher, a visible revision date, and a short explanation of what the sheet covers. A year in the title is not enough if the rows have not been checked recently.

If the sheet is community-made, treat it as a shared research list. If it claims to be official, verify the domain and compare that claim with the service's own website.

02

Open a small sample before relying on the list

Choose three rows from different parts of the sheet. Check whether each link opens, whether the destination matches the label, and whether the shown variant still exists.

A few broken or mismatched links do not reveal the condition of every row, but they are a good reason to slow down and check more carefully before saving anything.

03

Look for fields that support a decision

DATE

Checked date

A recent date beside a row tells you more than a year added only to the page title.

ITEM

Exact product and variant

The category, color, size, quantity, or version should be clear enough to match against the live page.

PROOF

Photos and measurements

Relevant views and dimensions should answer the questions that matter for the product category.

SOURCE

Original destination

Keep the original URL and check the live page before relying on copied price or availability details.

WEIGHT

Item or parcel context

A stated weight should say whether it is estimated, measured, unpacked, or packed.

04

Keep product research separate from service support

A spreadsheet can help you discover product pages. It cannot confirm an account balance, order status, refund, coupon, payment, warehouse event, or final shipping charge.

For those questions, go to the official account or support channel connected to the transaction. Do not send order or payment details to a page simply because it shares the same service name.

05

Keep a short note for the sheets you compare

  • Publisher and the domain where you found it.
  • Date shown on the sheet and the date you checked it.
  • Three sample links: working, broken, changed, or unclear.
  • Fields that genuinely help with your product category.
  • Important details that are missing or copied without a source.
  • Questions that must be confirmed on the official service.
06

Know when to stop using the sheet

  • Several sample links are broken, redirected, or unrelated to their labels.
  • Rows have no visible checked date and copied details conflict with live pages.
  • Photos, measurements, variants, or source destinations are missing for the category you need.
  • The list uses claims such as “best,” “cheapest,” or “safe” without showing how they were checked.
  • A comparable sheet or live product search gives clearer, more recent information.
